@santanderukhelp Are you aware of any system issues preventing us banking cash through post offices? Banked yesterday at our usual place but have tried two different post offices today and both deposits declined by their computer? Thanks
@santanderukhelp So when will this be sorted as I want to make a one off payment?. It's no use sending me a link to questions about a new app when the app isn't working.

@santanderukhelp Complete failure. We have the money, server is ‘down’. Tried THREE times to make the payment. ‘Call centre’ not available. Feeble excuse for service. Never again.

@santanderukhelp P.s still waiting....about to pay for another round of emergency insurance. That will be £90 in total. Thanks very much. I've submitted an official complaint. Absolutely disgraceful service

@santanderukhelp Can i split my savings accounts into separate 'pots' - i am not sure you offer this function? or can i just open more than one savings account?

@santanderukhelp I have done, twice. It will then let me into my accounts but when I close the app I have to go through the whole process again

@santanderukhelp I personally don't think this is an unreasonable request. Considering all statements for current accounts are available in electronic format.

@santanderukhelp Why is there no facility to receive redemption letters by email? Or even add to online account. This is the second lot of emergency insurance I'm going to have to pay for because I still don't have this letter through the post after a week of waiting.Related Services
