@santanderukhelp Are you aware of any system issues preventing us banking cash through post offices? Banked yesterday at our usual place but have tried two different post offices today and both deposits declined by their computer? Thanks

@santanderukhelp Complete failure. We have the money, server is ‘down’. Tried THREE times to make the payment. ‘Call centre’ not available. Feeble excuse for service. Never again.

@santanderukhelp I have done, twice. It will then let me into my accounts but when I close the app I have to go through the whole process again

@santanderukhelp Why is there no facility to receive redemption letters by email? Or even add to online account. This is the second lot of emergency insurance I'm going to have to pay for because I still don't have this letter through the post after a week of waiting.
