@makemytrip @makemytripcare - @allianceair cancelled my IXC to DEL flight scheduled on May 1 but my MMT account shows 0 bookings, 0 cancellations, 0 upcoming flights. That’s when I book dozens of flights every year on MMT. What is wrong? How do I get my money back?

@makemytrip I made a dubai hotel reservation and u threw up a hidden mandatory CLEANING FEE of 225 AED after payment was done on your portal to be paid at the property. This is unfair practice and you lack transparency in your dealing with customers. 10 dh tax is acceptable.
