@redBus_in,@IntrCity extremely disappointed with your service! Our bus from Pune to Goa broke down in Satara 5 hours ago, and there's still no solution in sight. False promises in the app don't help either. This is unacceptable considering the high rates we're paying. #redbus

No Support from @redBus_in. Stuck on road with my mother. Redbus representative says we cant help if bus doesnt come. Now have to pay 5000 for cab.

I had to literally get down from the bus 30 km before Banglore( tumakuru ) as it broke down and after several attempts to start we had to go by foot, We didnt even get to see the person's face who died, Really disappointed and i need my refund and compensation.#redbus

@redBus_in @jagograhakjago I have hotel bookings in Pune also I had national trials just because this bus broke down and all this would be going to waste. Ab paise waste hogaye hotel booking ke train bookings ke career ka important cheez miss hogaya.Related Services
