@krisrodrigues14 @fazzulenko @Optus Last year was appalling for all carriers (I'm with Telstra). This year I didn't have anywhere near the same level of problems, albeit I didn't try to do much streaming so can't say for sure. Was it purely an Optus issue?

@PeterTyson8 @fazzulenko @Optus Not sure. Three of the people I was with were having carrier issues, and all of them were with Optus. Seems it wasn't confined to us as Fazz had the same issue.

@Optus it’s been over 6 weeks since you apparently identified an issue with sending emails from Webmail. Have just been advised by @optus_help that the current advice is “use another email address”. Completely unacceptable. Please fix this issue asap.

Hey @acmadotgov it would be great if these numbers actually connected to an RVA explaining their use. Also, I’m assuming that telcos automatically block calls and SMS from these ranges? @Optus @Telstra @TPG_Telecom?

@Optus why do I constantly get asked for an account review after 4 agent transfers and everytime I say no but I get the same message - “you won’t have to repeat yourself” And my issue is still not resolved after 60 minutes of chat - droptus coming
