@santanderukhelp I think I may have done it online from my laptop. I don’t think I called into the branch because I got in touch with most people all on the same day, just after I moved in. I only use my account for savings so try to use it as little as I can.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk so you send a 72 year old man a threatening letter telling him your going to close his account because you need details of his income? All of which you had in branch at the point of the transfer FROM HSBC WHY?

@santanderukhelp went into the branch on Saturday to request for a statement to be printed, they said it would appear on my online banking on Monday and it hasn't appeared. What do I do when I urgently need an ad-hoc statement for mortgage purposes? It's delaying everything.Related Services
