@ChaseSupport I was charged twice by Safeway and they assured me that the second charge would disappear. Is there any way to check that on your end? It’s over $400 in charges so I would really like that second $200 to come back.

@ChaseSupport I already did that, I have called, I did everything Chase asked me to do; I have even send proof that I was robbed by a thief, and chase still denied to help me with those unauthorized charges. Many people should be aware of this and chose another bank, @Chase is not safe

@ChaseSupport I have just had the WORST customer service in my life! I went to the 13661 S Route 59 Plainfield IL location to open an estate account. I saw JULIE GLADE. Called me by the wrong name, RUDE and NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST! Never going back there!!

@ChaseSupport Can you explain to me the requirements for a successful business credit line approval? What credit agency do you check? Do you check income? Is an account required? Are there limits on how many withdrawals can be done in a month? What is the max debit ratio?
