@ChaseSupport Plano, TX branch at 2000 15th Street: ATM is down YET again. Doesn’t give any error message until you try to enter your pin. This has been a constant issue at this branch. If the manager can’t keep his/her branch functioning properly hire someone who can.

@ChaseSupport hello I wanted to make a complaint against a branch at 201 N Walnut St, 01 Wilmington, DE. I wanted to make a withdraw of $20k. The manager Thomas told me they can’t and I feel there’s discrimination because I done it before. He only offered 3K to be taken out. Odd

@ChaseSupport had the worst experience ever trying to apply 4 the @southwest card. Said u can’t verify my documents, sent me to a local branch where I had to wait 45 minutes for the banker, who verified the documents and sent them off. Now I just got the exact same denial letter
