@ChaseSupport Hi why is my personal detail needed to fix this error ? Your QA department can easily replicate this issue by logging in website > account services > Order checks and fix it !!!!

@ChaseSupport Chase is the only company I’ve ever seen that punishes you for paying your card down. I gave payment of over 3000 dollars in return they reduced my credit limit below 1000. Never had a missed or late payment. Be wise don’t use ChasePrime.

@ChaseSupport Plano, TX branch at 2000 15th Street: ATM is down YET again. Doesn’t give any error message until you try to enter your pin. This has been a constant issue at this branch. If the manager can’t keep his/her branch functioning properly hire someone who can.

Son opens account online at Chase. They offered a $300 bonus with $500 or more direct deposited over 1st 90 days. He received debit card etc. Within 2 weeks, he meets the bonus requirement. @chase, @chasesupport Cont'd

@ChaseSupport WOW! I received a video from Ben Walter thanking me for my business. Yet, when Chase neglects to to take out an auto payment from my account, they charge me interest on my balance and refuse to acknowledge their error...and will not credit back the interest.
