@ChaseSupport I have just had the WORST customer service in my life! I went to the 13661 S Route 59 Plainfield IL location to open an estate account. I saw JULIE GLADE. Called me by the wrong name, RUDE and NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST! Never going back there!!
