@ChaseSupport @Chase I’m wondering…why a teller needs to see the current balance of an account?In case of a withdrawal all the teller needs to know is a yes or a no! Tells can sell data & stopping this can be a way of stopping frauds! Make sense?

@ChaseSupport I was just at a restaurant, celebrating a family occasion. The bill was expensive and way over the normal lunch/dinner balance for me. My card was temp declined while i received a text asking if it was me. Very impressive. Good to know Chase has my financial back!!

@Chase @ChaseSupport why are you guys sending me an email that my credit card payment is late but I never get my reminder emails that it’s due. Plus you have charged me $40 for being 1 hour late to paying. Didn’t the @CFPB cap this to $8? I need help with this asap!

@ChaseSupport @Chase dispute has passed the 10 day mark. I called to ask about provisional credit. Was told my one ($300 credit) from MULTIPLE transactions was it. I would need to file a complaint and MAY get a response in 3-5 business days. Chase doesn’t adhere to federal reg.
