@ChaseSupport@Chase dispute has passed the 10 day mark. I called to ask about provisional credit. Was told my one ($300 credit) from MULTIPLE transactions was it. I would need to file a complaint and MAY get a response in 3-5 business days. Chase doesn’t adhere to federal reg.
