@AlaskaAir Had one leg of a trip from San Francisco by another airline rebooked to Alaska Airlines due to weather issues. Fantastic customer service from Alaska, will definitely be getting my business from here on.

@AlaskaAir I spent two days finding receipts, taking pics for a denial... "it looks like the handle can be reattached" I sent the pictures to the manufacturer who disagreed. You re-reviewed it and STILL denied it. I was given a discount code that didn't even cover the baggage fees I paid.
