Right before we board a ~6 hour flight NYC-LA, flight attendants on @AlaskaAir say “NO wifi & NO entertainment on board.” Yet I paid ~ $800 round trip for this flight. Not even a cold meal provided. What are we paying for nowadays for airlines? Am I entitled to a refund of sort?
