@AlaskaAir Flight 1078 was certainly interesting last night. No power at anyone’s seats. No on-board WiFi, so no texting, streaming, Alaska Entertainment, etc. It felt like we were flying Spirit or Southwest or something.

Accidentally switched to the wrong day on an @AlaskaAir flight - tried to switch back to my original flight within 15 minutes. They told me too bad, so sad. An extra $257 to fix my mistake - won't be flying with them again - recommend you do the same. Thanks!
