So I guess @CapitalOne decided to open an account under my credit for my dad when they asked for a contact if anything happened and decided to drop my credit score by 40 points without ever asking for approval or anything tied to me besides my name!

and not refunding or changing my reservation, but @capitalone is doing NOTHING when it’s their fault??? a truly shitty experience booking on their glitchy website and even worse customer service. using @Chase from now on and telling everyone i know, starting here.

got super screwed over by a glitch on the @CapitalOne travel website trying to book a stay at @citizenM London, which we were SO looking forward to! really hoping @citizenM can fix the issue but i think i have to wait til uk business hours

@CapitalOne you claim that verification of my account is required. My question to you is, why is this being done 4 days into a vacation that I called you to inform you of (even though based on your policies this step is not required).

@CapitalOne Why was my account not verified once the credit card was activated? • Why was my account not verified after I purchased 2 round trip tickets along with seats from the USA to Thailand by way of Dubai? • Why was my account not verified when used during in Dubai?

@CapitalOne Why did no one call me to verify any of my transactions in Bangkok? This card account was exclusively opened to facilitate any travel plans for this trip and any future trips, but you have proven to me that depending on this Venture credit card is a liability for me.

@CapitalOne someone opened up a false account w/ my info & your cs said the policy was to protect the criminal & not disclose the city which the fraudulent debit card was supposed to be mailed to. I have never had an account with you, but this policy makes me never want to..
