@StanChart there is so much mis communication with your mails and customer care executives I got mails saying 12% intrest and 1180 processing fee , now customer care disbursing 12.75 intrest and 1500 processing fee need immediate action

This is really annoying that despite of making the payment without even generating the statement I am getting frequent calls for clearing the payment, finally decided to surrender this credit card. please help @StanChart

@StanChart The technical issue has persisted all this time. I have tried to call the customer care, it's unreachable. There is no response to email. I just forgot my password and want to reset it, as simple as that. Who are you employing?
