@StanChart Absolutely disappointed with the service at Standard Chartered Bank India. From endless waiting times for simple jobs like issuing statements or certificates, to most unhelpful staff, it's been the worst banking experience I've ever had, and that's saying something.

@StanChart how can an MNC bank can give such a worst customer service especially in credit cards. Customer care service is the worst one. You can’t connect them over phone and they never reply to your emails. So whats the best way to connect- any idea
