It seems @StanChart India customer service is a blackhole. Customer complaints go to die. Repeated followups get machine-like automated replies. Random welcome sequence calls in the middle of the day for things that don't matter. Branch managers are gaslighting customers.

Still shocked by how @StanChart blocked my debit card randomly without rhyme or reason Left me stranded & crying in the middle of the day in 35 deg. C No reason given for why that happened; it's been a month & Still sending automated replies instead of answering my questions
