@StanChart Hello @StanChart .. After a long wait your team has responding today, again asking me to make payment for the card that is not received or activated? You take weeks to respond and by the time keep adding late fee charges, how ethical is that?

@AdityaD_Shah @UCOBankOfficial @TheOfficialSBI has the worst interface, most things donot work and give errors and are never rectified . @AmexIndia also has the worst interface among credit cards . @StanChart has one of the most beautiful and smooth interfaces among private banks.

@StanChart going thru worst possible customer service by the credit card division. They do not care answering emails even after 8-10 reminders. This was never like this before. They have become rude and disrespectful.

@StanChart Shame .. issue still persists .. got SMS today .. unethical and unreliable banking by @StanChart Dear customer - Your EMI towards your loan account ending in 1292 is due on 1/3/2024.

Absolutely disappointed with @StanChart customer service! Made a payment with Zero EMI, unaware an EMI account would be created. Late fees charged, payment attempts fail, rude customer care, no email response, and harassing payment collection calls! Unnecessary charges added too
