@StanChart Poor customer service as i have paid my credit card payment if its not reflecting in their account bank's responsibility to assist me but despite calling every day to customer care department and emails no response is given atleast satisfactory answer must be given in time

@StanChart It's been almost 3 months since the complaint has been raised & duplicate CIBIL enquiry is not removed. RBI complaint N202425009000746 I'm also sending these latest updates to RBI, explaining the irresponsible attitude and support of SC Bank @RBI
