I am so done with this SC credit card. Now they charge me late payment fee, I used this card for more than 10 years and not even once I was late on paying. They charged me incorrectly first and they reverted it, now they are charging late payment fee for that @StanChart ,pls help

@StanChart there is so much mis communication with your mails and customer care executives I got mails saying 12% intrest and 1180 processing fee , now customer care disbursing 12.75 intrest and 1500 processing fee need immediate action
