@optimum if you can set me up with internet today then I will for sure leave @FrontierCorp. Their lack of transparency for updating us on fiber internet restoration in Norwalk has me extremely frustrated.

@optimum How about implementing notices before you have outages, in mid missouri we have outages every single day. Losing all our work data because no notices. Also no reimbursements for the daily outages, yet you are so eager to keep raising prices. How about giving us what we pay for???
@optimum Hi, yes, I just wanted to leave a big recommendation to this company. I was having an issue with my Wifi, but there were a couple of people who helped me, Unfortunately, I forgot their name... But I wanted to take a survey and couldn't find one so I thought I'd leave one here!
@optimum is the worst service ever!!! Never again! An hour just to canel service. Playing with people's time. Placing people on hold looking for excuses! Worst service ever! DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! WIFI SUCKS! DVR SUCKS! BOX SUCKS!
