Hey @OptimumHelp@optimum you guys are insane. I called Monday to cancel my account. I was told on the phone that is was and that I would get a confirmation email to that effect. I never did so I reached out through chat on two seperate occasions and now I am told my account
Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.
@optimum@OptimumHelp is an actual scam. I canceled my subscription almost a year ago and was just charged out of no where. Been on the phone for 3 hours trying to solve the problem and just keep getting transferred. Do not use them. Their customer service is garbage
@optimum spent an hour on the phone today to resolve a billing issue. Requested cancelation if it wasn't resolved. It was neither resolved and it wasn't canceled. Can't cancel by phone, email, chat, social, or mail. How does one terminate an account?
Verizon needs to seriously address this signal issue before several families switch back to @optimum. Take tonight as an example. I’m watching the final four on TBS and all of a sudden I get the Verizon reboot happening. That’s inexcusable in today’s day and age.
If you have other options for providers, please stay away from @optimum. They are absolutely TERRIBLE! I contacted them to review my service, the rep forgot to mute his phone & said some nasty things about me & other customers. I called to complain & haven’t heard a pin drop.
@OptimumHelp raised my promotion after one month even though I was promised the rate was good through January 2025. Shame on Optimum! I spent 1.5 hours on the phone 2 days ago and another 15 today. Time to switch since @optimum cannot keep its promise. @AlticeUSA
@optimum We returned her cable box and, after several store visits and telephone calls with customer service, we were told her account will be put on hold just in case she goes home. Thanks for the positivity, but that’s not happening. She’s never going home!
@optimum@Suddenlink are by far the worst service! Hands down I would rather eat rocks than continue my service with them.
They sit you on a phone for 4 plus hours while at work to dick you around and never get back to you when they say they will to resolve an account issue.
