@optimum my wifi and cable went down out of nowhere. I called at 3pm and they said they are outages in my neighborhood, this is ruining my Friday.
How long until my cable is back?
Aside from paying an exorbitant amount of money every month, my second favorite part of having @optimum is when they send threatening text messages telling me to pay more money than my bill is or else I'll be charged a late fee.
@optimum How about implementing notices before you have outages, in mid missouri we have outages every single day. Losing all our work data because no notices. Also no reimbursements for the daily outages, yet you are so eager to keep raising prices. How about giving us what we pay for???
