Optus Mobile Network Outages in Brisbane

Hi @Optus and @NBN_Australia maintenance was done in my area last week and the nbn has been appalling ever since. Can it be looked into? And I can’t do phone calls so can it be logged a different way?

@CharmaineTT @Optus This is an emergency phone for mum in Brisbane on a long expired cap. $30 every 6 months and the credit rolls over if you don’t let it lapse. I gave it to her when nbn cut the actual phone lines

Is anyone else having issues with @Telstra today? Haven’t had phone reception all morning in Karrabin, QLD. Just drove to another suburb to set up an e-sim with @Optus to use temporarily. Can’t see anything online to suggest issues, but nobody in my family can currently connect.

Hey @Optus love the help from your @optus_help help team today in confirming 100% there was no network problems at my address, causing me to factory reset my phone. Only then to say, actually yeah there is. Appreciate the great mobile only support

@Optus out again ONCE again, when they are not leaking your data or employing corrupt politicians they do run an efficient billing phone line, pick up time 30 sec.. however the tech support line is an hour. Ring billing for tech support ! #optusareshite #LNPCorruptionParty
