@Optus I was going to upgrade to that very phone, but your company stupidly decided to make Direct-Debit mandatory, not a good idea, I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years.. Are you wanting to lose loyal customers..? If I go, so do my friends and family..

Mum received customer refund cheque from @Optus for my Dad’s mobile phone account. She can’t cash it or put it in her bank as it only has Dad’s name on it. Optus can’t transfer the credit to her as she has a new Optus account with just her name on it. A lot of hassle for a 75 yo

K I just got some sms texts that @optus users sent me on Friday last week. The test messages I sent myself from my work phone haven’t come through either. Not talking about rcs or IMessage stuff. Plain old sms.
