@JohnLewisRetail @johnlewishelp They claim an error was made ins sending me vouchers for a faulty product, these vouchers were used, the goods have been received and THREE months later they contact me advising one of the vouchers was sent to me in error and they need to bill me for £75!

@RMorganC @JohnLewisRetail Doesn't it? with some brands the shape of skirts & trousers has changed to bigger waist & narrower hips -man shaped & super high rise on most trousers all styles. The waist often sits just below my bust so I have to roll it down. Oddly made for huge bums

@rowinggeek @JohnLewisRetail Not aware of these issues myself (mainly buy homeware) but they certainly seem to have gone down market a lot in recent years. They used to really stand out for good quality and interesting stock. Now much more run-of-the-mill.Related Services
