From kids’ first shows, thru school uniforms, to everything for the house clothes for special occasions- to no in-store stock, minimal haberdashery, barely any staff (and they’re bored) appalling service in the cafe, and the worst phone customer service ever!

@rowinggeek @JohnLewisRetail Not aware of these issues myself (mainly buy homeware) but they certainly seem to have gone down market a lot in recent years. They used to really stand out for good quality and interesting stock. Now much more run-of-the-mill.

@ecotricity @DaleVince @LushLtd @JohnLewisRetail I've never heard of lush until now, just been2their twit/X page & TBH, not happy to be doing anything with them as they've got so much negative feedback about damaged orders, being charged for goods that was sposed to be out of stock & never being able2get through to C-Support
