@JohnLewisRetail Based on recent experience, I really wouldn’t advise buying any tech from JLP. The 2 year guarantee is worthless as they try to charge you for repair to expensive faulty goods anyway.

@JohnLewisRetail Very pleased to see Mr & Mr and Mrs & Mrs cards in your wedding section. Less pleased to be asked at the till if I've picked up the Mrs & Mrs by mistake, and be told that they ask this as standard. I'm not saying which store, this is a general training issue.

@JohnLewisRetail went to get a free coffee in their store through inapp but was charged on top contact us wait 1 hr & nothing totally disappointing don't know why they give promotions when they can't fulfill even had 5£ coupon expired last month & now blaming myself for the visit

@JohnLewisRetail bought a 55inch TV off you 5 months ago. Developed a fault so was taken away for repair. Got TV back now same fault has reappeared ! Trying to get this sorted through your customer care team is a nightmare. Absolute shambles !
