When the @Fidomobile CS rep advises incorrect information given to us in store led to us being overcharged $600, which was confirmed by the store, but then tries to walk that confirmation back when asking for the charges to be refunded. It's in the chat transcript, my dude.

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile so your aware SMS messages being sent from your network is not being delivered to @FreedomMobile devices, fix this. I can send SMS messages to Rogers customers no problem but replies are not coming, appears to be only a SMS issues as MMS messages arrive.
