@Fidomobile may have the most incompetent service I've ever encountered in a cell company, which is saying alot. Since December I have been locked out of my account by Fido - but they still manage to bill my credit card. #WorthEveryPenny

@Fidomobile terrible terrible company. I was your customer from a long long time. All those times I kept getting higher bills than usuals. Now I got a bill of $147 and my normal bill is $56 a month. For this reason, I had to leave the company for this reason

Oh hai @Fidomobile , it was super fun just now spending a half hour waiting to talk to a rep, talking to him for 3 minutes, then being put back on hold for another half hour, only for the call to be randomly disconnected. And all I wanted to do was modify my plan. THANKS FIDO!
