Hi @Fidomobile 2 months ago somebody else ordered 2 phones from my account by stealing my identity. I called fido fraud department for that. They said case has been resolved. But now this month again I got the same invoice as last month and I am not able to log in to my fido app

@Fidomobile frustrated. Customer of 15 years. Tried to order my kid a new phone for his birthday and setup a new line for my youngest. Never got it. They said possible fraud. 10th day trying to reach Rebecca at fraud. No call. No one can or will help. Fido sucks! Don't buy

1: You should have support readily available for clients who are abroad & need a device or a chip @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Other Int’l companies do, so it’s possible 2: Clients out-of-province once they provide accurate phone info should be able to get a phone in store, asap

@Fidomobile After waiting for like 20 mins for an agent, he seems not to know what to do, doesn’t know what are canadian IDs such as PR Card, MSP card, or BC ID. Ended up hanging up the phone lmao.
