Some shipment services should pack up and go home as they're irredeemably terrible. EX: @PurolatorInc I did not choose them for my delivery, @Fidomobile did. This is the 3rd time I'm in this exact dilemma. Four years later, still as awful. Lesson learned, no more Fido orders.
