@CoxComm your company is the absolute worst cable company I have ever dealt with in my life. Over priced and horrible service. Iā€™m not sure where you get your employees from because from the technicians to the phone they are all useless.

@CoxComm Omg, just shy of $400 a month, and for the 2nd time technician sent didn't do their job right! Now on the phone with someone out of the country for tech customer service trying to up sell service to add to my bill, instead of getting someone to switch the cable box! Ridiculous

Reason number 6739 I can't wait to ditch @CoxComm @CoxHelp . Just found out phone support tried to scam my mother into unnecessarily updating her modem and cable box when all that was necessary was a cable box power cycle. @ATT REALLY NEED YOU GUYS TO BRING FIBER TO ZIP 70058
