@CoxHelp @CoxComm phone into Cox yet again. I’m now tone we don’t record calls anymore so they can tell you anything they want and it’s not backed up by anything! So if you’re calling in record the call your self! Also, no more discount if you don’t like your rate leave!

@TomClark20 @CoxComm I was able to contact Cox support via phone app, complained and requested a service credit , they applied a $9.58 credit for the outage. They couldn’t explain how they calculated the amount since the outage wasn’t yet resolved, but i’ll take the small victory at this point.

Y'know, I'm just so pissed w/@CPBmedia, @CoxComm & all the other channels that refuse to accept that I've turned on location for their apps & want to force me to turn on location for my entire phone. It's a major security setting. Y'all shd be good w/getting special permission.

If @CoxComm was any slower, and if the phone representative were any more rude, and their website & chat actually worked. Wondering if it’s a pyramid scam or a tech company…?? The website doesn’t work, the chat feature sucks, and the phone reps defer you to chat.? ‼️ WTF ‼️
