@KaitlynSmiles @CoxHelp @CoxComm Try to get a in-house senior tech, you may need to speak to a level 2 support on the phone. It’s hard but if you get the right person on the phone hopefully they’ll try to help

@Thogar @CoxComm @verge Hope this works well then comes to Canada! Then they should have that for cell phones! Mobile plans in Canada keep going up and are the most expensive in the world.

What is it with @CoxComm? Now they won't even process a Google Play update unless you turn off your VPN. It's just the app. You can't even use it unless you have a current, valid account & sign in. Which is why I don't watch TV from my phone using their app. @CoxHelp #Cox

@LAnative143 @CoxComm I think it is a scam also. The person on the phone assured me that I would get the games. So far, the only game I could get was the game on ESPN Sunday night baseball. The others have all been blacked out.Related Services
