@CoxComm by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel my service. I've been disconnected twice and am still currently on the phone. Over 10 years with you, and I can't be happier to he done.

@CoxComm @CoxHelp I've been on the phone and chat several times today. I've gotten the run around and been transferred and then disconnected several times. Seems intentional. I've been a customer for almost 26 yrs, how can it be this difficult to get customer service!!!

Thanks to @CoxHelp today. @VerizonSupport, my service provider, not so much. Truck hit wires. @Verizon & @CoxComm lines down. Within an hour, Cox arrives & removes abandoned cable. On phone w/ Verizon for hour. Needs pics, box ping, etc. Tech "should" arrive tomorrow. No service.
