@CoxNatsu42 @PirateSoftware @comcast I'm no cable tech, but i believed the outage I was having was sporadic, and by random chance it was working when ever he tested it in the living room, and failing in the office. Future techs did verify the buried cable outside was problematic, it just took them 4 or 5 visits.

The tech guy replaced that segment of line that went through the wall twice, but each time he read a strong signal on the living room side and no signal in the office.

I had too cancel my @Xfinity contract because their prices for streaming & internet compared to other companies are much cheaper. Im not saying they are terrible but their prices are ridiculous. For me it’s either Astound or Quantum Fiber
