@toptieraudio @Xfinity @produceNewMedia @XfinitySupport is telling me my Motorola MB8611 cable modem is the challenge. I am not renting a modem from XFinity, so I am going to give the Hitron COD56 a try to see if that actually matters since no Motorola modem makes the list for their "NextGen" speeds.
