I had an interesting interaction today with @Xfinity @XfinitySupport agents. Apparently they seem to abandon chats. One guy in particular named ‘Hermant’ not sure if that’s his real name did that more than once. It is appalling customer service. #internet

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I gave up with your service team last year, all you do is charge and never asses the needs of your cust. Trying to get me to pay more $$ to expand mbs on an internet I can’t even use ON THE FIRST PLACE. Still haven’t maxed my 1TB because there’s literally outages every month.

@CoryBooker Please do something about @Xfinity. They price gouge people who don't have any other options in NJ. My internet & cable went up 40% and I get slower speeds and less channels. My @Xfinity bill costs more than electric & gas! Please pass legislation to allow people to have choices
