Hey @Xfinity and @XfinitySupport , your WiFi service goes out EVERY WEEK and we are really sick and tired of paying outlandish prices for your terrible services… Four times this week (2 today) and two last week is enough… How about a FREE MONTH FOR ALL THE BS????? $220 a month?

I had too cancel my @Xfinity contract because their prices for streaming & internet compared to other companies are much cheaper. Im not saying they are terrible but their prices are ridiculous. For me it’s either Astound or Quantum Fiber

Wow, @comcast charges a fortune for cable, now implements notifications *in the cable interface* (pops up while watching a completely unrelated show).. I try to open to disable, I'm sent to a third party app. Is this a joke? Do you want us to cut the cord? Bad UX much?!

Absolutely criminal that you still can't cancel @Xfinity online. The "Xfinity Assistant" asked me to schedule a call with an agent. The scheduler is broken. They said I could chat with an agent. None are available. So things are so broken that I cannot cancel?
