@XfinitySupport Just answer me this: why can't I get unlimited data WITHOUT using @comcast's modem? Why do they want me to use their hardware so bad? Does giving your hardware layer 2 access to my LAN increase shareholder value somehow?

Oh golly - just what I don’t need on a busy weekend - @Xfinity trying to sneak in an increase on my monthly bill. We go thru this every year, wasting the time of @XfinitySupport staff and my time. Thread below explains why this is so frustrating.

Congratulations to @Xfinity for being the CONSISTENTLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the WORLD!! After trying for hours to get new service started, I took the equipment back and canceled the account. Now I'm past due on a bill for service I never received. Incredible!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport The bigger question is how many people are paying these jacked up bills without even them knowing? I assume there will be a class action lawsuit against this fraud at some point, and I can't wait to be a part of it.Related Services
