@ChaseSupport Plano, TX branch at 2000 15th Street: ATM is down YET again. Doesn’t give any error message until you try to enter your pin. This has been a constant issue at this branch. If the manager can’t keep his/her branch functioning properly hire someone who can.

If you’re gonna temporarily close a branch you have to at least give people a timeline on when it’ll be reopening. Just abruptly shutting down is some BS @Chase @ChaseSupport
