@ChaseSupport is VISA down? I’m currently stuck at an airport because my transactions won’t process…. I called and they said they do not see declined purchases…. I have plenty of money in my bank.

@ChaseSupport I'm currently abroad and had my phone stolen and I'm having trouble calling Chase from my temporary replacement phone. Is it possible for you to freeze my accounts until I get back to the States?

@jpmorgan and @ChaseSupport I just had the worst banking experience of my life with chase sapphire. One of the most insecure/ bot ran credit services today. Much rather go back to @PNCBank_Help

@ChaseSupport thanks Chase. I'm traveling internationally and my card is currently unable to be unlocked due to some "outage." And on top of that, no compensation or way to pay offered even from a supervisor on the phone for the Sapphire Reserve card. Very disappointed.

@ChaseSupport Mt daughter and I were in a restaurant, her card was declined multiple times on both accounts and there was enough money in the account. I did an instant deposit from my other account to my chase account and it never was deposited. Still issues!!
