@ChaseSupport thanks Chase. I'm traveling internationally and my card is currently unable to be unlocked due to some "outage." And on top of that, no compensation or way to pay offered even from a supervisor on the phone for the Sapphire Reserve card. Very disappointed.

Once again, @ChaseSupport has impressed me with their super-accurate fraud alerts. Someone tried to place a $954 Instacart order on my Sapphire Reserve. That amount would be a red flag on *anybody's* account. #GreedyCrooks

Gave my credit card info to a hotel to reserve a room, ended up cancelling prior and never checked in. Have proof of cancellation. And they still used my card fraudulently to charge me for the reservation @ChaseSupport

@ChaseSupport @Chase I have been a very happy Chase Sapphire Reserve customer for a long time until now. I am not able to resolve a dispute for an obviously erroneous charge on my card. Ultimately, a "supervisor" lied to me and then hung up on me. I need someone to assist.

@ChaseSupport hi. I have a new Sapphire Reserve card. Unable to attach it to existing online accounts eg Lyft and Amazon. Also in profile info (address, phone and email) the card doesn’t show, but 2 others do. It says no phone on file, but after tries, it won’t accept the update

@Chase @ChaseSupport When will this be rectified? I was double charged today for a redemption transaction on my Sapphire Reserve account. It equates a large sum of money! I have called both Chase Fraud as well as Customer Service. This is very serious!

It's always shocking to me how quickly a company can blow up a decades long relationship over trivialities (in my case, a $300 disputed charge with @ChaseSupport). Anyone have a favorite CC company deal that beats Sapphire Reserve?
