@ChaseSupport I opened an account on behalf of my grandmother on March 4th for her retirement check to be deposited into. As you know it takes a cycle or two before this is in effect. April wasn’t deposited but May was slated to be by the 3rd.

@ChaseSupport But as of this moment you all have randomly closed her account. You all have a policy that suggests an account can be closed after 60 days with no deposits, it hasn’t been 60 days so what exactly is going on here?
