@ChaseSupport I have both overdraft protection as well as debit card coverage on, but my overdraft debit charges aren’t being approved. I am above the -$50 amount in my account. I have a chase college account. May you please assist me?

@Chase @ChaseSupport U need a better security customer interface than yours that asks ???s that folks who know the customer can answer! Better, start with VoiceID, the customer's security code, & text a code to the customer. Update your protocol! Make me feel my account is safe.

@Chase @ChaseSupport Promises excellent customer service but they woefully failed to deliver. As an executive member, for over 2 decades, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service!
