@ChaseSupport Please ask the Venice and S Durango 90034 branch to fix their vestibule lock. I needed cash after hours, and several of your accountholders could not access the ATMs. Neither debit cards nor NFC/ApplePay worked to gain access.

@ChaseSupport I got no explanation all I got was the dumbass excuse that @Chase reserves the right to close an account at any point because I signed the agreement when I opened the account. Yeah fuck me and my bills right before the beginning of the month right?

@ChaseSupport issued me a check that was dispatched to the wrong destination. I contacted them about re-issuing the check and have been waiting for months. When you have issues with banks like Chase, I recommend submitting a complaint to the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau.
