@ChaseSupport Makes sense. And after the expected graduation date, she would be charged $12 unless she meets the direct deposit OR average daily balance requirement, yes? This is interesting since she was originally charged $6 and now she’s being charged $12, but I digress.

.@chase @ChaseSupport STOP making the stupid Pay in Four pop-up show up EVERY TIME I log into the app. Look how much money I have in my account and then ask yourself “does she really want to split a $50 payment into four?” Make it stop already.

Why does @Chase keep removing features from their online system? There used to be a way to see a list of what credit card charges were potentially recurring each month. Feature is gone! Now requires looking at monthly charges. @ChaseSupport

@ChaseSupport my business quickbooks account will not connect to Chase. I’ve contacted quickbooks but the problem seems to be on your end. Can you please help me I need to reconcile accounts and generate a report asap. Have been dealing with this for a week!
