I walked into a @Chase branch with my husband to open a new joint savings account. The employees were all congregated together. One lady finally looked up and told me I had to make an appt. So I went home, opened a @CapitalOne account and made an appt to close my Chase account!

Note the Trump check was drawn on the Trump 2012 PCA "account." But Trump was never a candidate. What was the business entity that was Trump 2012 PCA? Why did @CapitalOne establish a checking account for Trump at its West 57th branch in NYC for him?

@CapitalOne I was in your Plainview NY branch trying to get past statements from 2019 on 3 Cd's that I held with my wife. I have a 1099 showing the accts for 2019. Yur cust serv line has not been able to find the accts. Same with the office rep who was rude in the end. Help pls!
