@CapitalOne I was in your Plainview NY branch trying to get past statements from 2019 on 3 Cd's that I held with my wife. I have a 1099 showing the accts for 2019. Yur cust serv line has not been able to find the accts. Same with the office rep who was rude in the end. Help pls!
