#TSxCapitalOne You really need to start requiring payment via a Capital One card for your cardholder exclusives. As a cardholder, it's frustrating to see a cardholder exclusive that was sold out when I tried... on the resale market for 5-10x the original price. @CapitalOne

@CapitalOne I got 2 past due late fees on my account because I didn't notice it was due. Usually, on the main page of the app where my accounts are, when the due date is posted, it tells me when the bill is due under each account. It doesn't do that anymore. Can we fix that?

Hey @CapitalOne your travel website is honestly the worst website I have ever been to. Then I called customer service. They asked me to do a survey and when I start saying negative things about the website you cut me off. When this year is up, I am canceling my credit card.
